Must Read: I Have Done Some Great Bad Things - Season 2 - Episode 13

We arrived in my village before noon,in Angela’s dad’s car!


The driver left almost immediately after dropping us off at Amara’s place…now am in my own aboard!

As i expected,Ann and Angela feasted their eyez to the surroundings,as if they have not been there before,talking of the numerous changes that has taken place around Amara’s place…And then,i heard Amara tell them that they should wait till she takes them round to certain places in the village,and then they will be wowed and will be left speechless! This is Amara telling her friends that her village is more developed than her friends own….and they were both happy and delightful,and couldnt wait to see things!
On my own,i had already mapped out my own plans of what am going to do today..
After relaxing a bit,Amara sent me to go and buy Kerosene,which i did..As soon as i came back for the errand in my bicycle,i told her am going to our place…She tried to talk me out of the idea,telling me that we will all go together,after they are through with the cooking!
In my mind,i said: “this is Avu dear,you cant cage me here too!”…
She yielded in later,telling me to come back early so that she and i can take her friends to few good places to see…..As i rode off,i was like “she and i?”….Joker!

I arrived at our house to see that some new faces have arrived the compound…I also saw that my dad,my dad’s cousin Sabastine,and my uncle were all around….Hmmmm.News travel fast!
It Seemed like they want to do a kinda meeting within themselves as the immediate family of Paapa,and then with the kindred People…
Knowing fully well that Paapa is the oldest in the clan,i myself have expected a lot of formalities,and am not wrong at all…
With the way things were going,my presence was not needed there at all…So,i had better go somewhere else,where i might be useful somehow…and somewhere else i went!

I rode down to Amakabo,to Ebere’s house…Fortunately or unfortunately,she was around but she wanted to go for an Errand in Umuguma,Owerri-West LGA headquarter’s..Hmmmmm..But she was like:
“where have i been since yestaday? That she has been looking for me all over the place!”…
“eche m ma m gwara gi na anoghizi m na nke anyi ugbu a?{I thought i told you that am not staying in our house again for now?},i said…
“a ma m..mana i gwara m na iga abianu echi na.”{I know..But you told me you were coming yestaday na!},she said..
“abialanu m ugbu a!”{I have come now!},i said..
“Iji agho aghogho Odii! Anyi yo i ga akoro m ebe i jere echi.”{You are tricky Odii! When we come back,you will tell me where you went to yestaday.},Ebere said,smiling!
It happened that that day was OrieOkwu,that is,the market day of Umuguma…
As is expected,she told me to escort her…What more can i do if not escort her…
She wanted us to go alone in my Bicycle,to which i rejected, with the excuse that am so tired that i cant even carry her! She gave me a suspicious askance look before bringing out their own Black horse bike,told me to ride in it while she rides in mine; and i willingly and obediently obliged her request! Hmmm! Girls!.

We went to the market,bought what she came for,and the edible that we will be chowing at home ourselves as market something! and then went back to their house!
We enjoyed the rest of the time playing,and she requested i tell where i went to,to which i did,but covered most of the details{i just told her what she wont doubt},before i finally told her that am going back,promising to come back tomorrow!
Ebere teased me! She said that she saw my mum yesterday,that she couldnt believe that she is my mother! That she is still too young….I laughed hysterically,and I was like:
“Am i too old myself?”….and she started laughing!
I rode straight to Nkechi’s house,hoping that she would be around..Hopefully,she was around..But she wasnt all that happy as can be clearly seen in her facial appearance…
I entered inside her house as i tried my best to inquire from her what the problem is,but she wouldnt tell me..This isnt Nkechi,i said to myself!




The Nkechi i know is alwaz lively! Whats eating her up? Why is she sulking up? Am i the cause of her unhappiness again?
This things raced through my mind…Still yet,i couldnt bring myself to ask them!
So,i just relaxed myself in the seat i sat,and stared on at her,while she appeared indifferent..Thoughts of “Odii,is time to go!” and “or probably visit Ukamaka instead!”, sprang up in my mind as the staring continued,to which i was about to yield in to when Nkechi asked me:
“kee ebe i gara kemgbe two days now?”{where have you been in this Past two days?}
Hmmmmm! Is she now monitoring my movements too like Amara? This is a sign of something i said in my mind!

There are certain things i can lie about,and there are certain things i cant lie about,as far as telling the truth on that ‘certain thing’ will not hurt anyone..This situation is one of them..
I could have easily lied to Nkechi about where i went to or where i was,but i told her the untwisted gospel truth!
I told her that her friend Amara,took me to Town{Owerri municipal} and that we went to a sort of party and slept over in her friends house…Infact,i told her everything that happened except the intimacy part…Unlike what i expected,Nkechi started laughing as i told her how the girls were misbehaving and all that…hmmmmm! Wonders of truth!



She was like:
“a ma nu m na otogbuchala gi?”{I know you have really enjoyed yourself there na?}…

“Okay now,since you have enjoyed yourself there,its my turn to do my own enjoyment!”,i heard Nkechi say some minutes later…

“Eziokwu,ike gwuru m!”{Truthfully,am tired!},i said…
“O kwa maka na o wu m?”{Because its me na?},She said…


I smiled…


“I will Molest you if you dont come with me o!”,Nkechi said…
“Alrite,come and Molest me!”,i said jokingly,and then stood up and followed her to her room..Jane has certain attributes of Nkechi!..

Some minutes later,after we were through with the séx while still laying side by side to each other,Nkechi told me she would love it if i could one day,spend a whole day and night with her….
I tried to smile and laugh it off,but she insisted on it with much persistence…
Spending a whole day With Nkechi is not a problem,i have been doing it before….But the night? Cant say of that!
Nkechi,in trying to convince me to try and find a way,reminded me of the many leverages i enjoy in our house,and reminding me that if it was Amara that i would not even think it,i will just do it…Hmmmmm! Na wa o!



Nkechi now uses Amara to get to me..funny!


“o wubela ugbua,m ka no na nke Amara ha!”{I dont think it will be now or soon,am still in Amara’s place},i said..

“Odii,gi mee ya,a ga m echefu gi echefu n’uwa!”{Odii,if you do it,i will never forget you in this world!},Nkechi said,with great seriousness attached to it….

“i ga abia?”{will you come?},i asked Nkechi..
“No!”,she answered me back..
I had told Nkechi that Amara and her friends are actually in Avu,in Amara’s house,and that she{Nkechi} should come so that i can get Amara a bit jealous by clinging more to Nkechi in her{Amara’s} presence….
But Nkechi just declined the offer…


It didnt pain me,but i kinda didnt like her answer either…But she told me that we will go to our own Party together someday…..

I arrived at Amara’s place towards the evening time,late evening that is….
Amara welcomed me by telling me that i had ruined her day! I was like how?
“We were suppose to take my friends to certain places around our village!},Amara said..
I was like:
“We? What we?”
Amara called on her friends,telling them that its time to rotate our villa a bit..
I told them that it is late,and that tomorrow is not far!
“You should not have gone out..infact,i should not have allowed you go out.”,Amara said…
This touched me to my marrows! It really got to me,and its physically evident in the way my appearance changed…
“a ma m ma o wu maka ndi enyi gi ka eji emegazi m kpa,na eme m ka m amazighi ihe,ka ma o wu oluku! Infact,ehi gaghuzi m ngaa,nga alaghachi na nke anyi!”{I dont know whether its becuz of your friends that you are treating me like this,as if i dont know anything,as if am an slowpoke! Anyway,am not sleeping here again,am going back to our house!},i poured out,to the disbelief of all there,keeping them dumbfounded…Never seen Amara stunned as such before,full of remorse!!
