The 23-year-old is ready to leave Old Trafford in order to secure regular first-team football and has also attracted interest from Stoke City.
Jose Mourinho is believed to be willing to allow the out-of-favour striker to leave the club.
Keane has made just three senior appearances for United including his debut under Sir Alex Ferguson all the way back in 2011.
He scored two goals in 22 outings during his loan spell with Preston North End last season.
