This is an hilarious convo between MTN Care and a aggressive customer, who was unhappy over the deduction of his airtime which the MTN Care claimed it was deducted from his account balance due to the MTN Music+ service the customer opted to... The customer who appears to be a Yoruba from his accent denied not opting to the service and instead hurls insults on the Customer Care. The convo was very hilarious!
