after music class we all poured out of class,I’ve been trying Adam’s number while I was in class but he still refused to pick, what will make him this angry up to this extend nah,I have to stop by his house on my way home but first I have to know why Veronica asked me to wait for her in the restroom..
I wonder what she want to tell me,I have wished Veronica and I could be friends ever since the first day I saw her with Adams,I like her for her style of dressing, her tinted gold low cut hair,I wonder how her school allow her bring it to school,I like her stature,her style of dressing..
sometimes I wish she wasn’t a girl I would have asked her out but one thing that makes guys stay away from her is because she snubs every guy that comes her way,I wonder how she got close to Adams..

I was on my way out when I saw Veronica talking to a girl,I quickly ran to her..

Chioma: hi Veronica so am here..

(she rolled her eyes and looked at me)**

Veronica: Chioma why can’t you listen to simple instruction?

Chioma: I don’t understand, you said you wanted to see me after class so now am here..

Veronica: (sigh),I told you to wait for me in the restroom that I will come meet you, didn’t I?

Chioma: yes you did but..

Veronica: no but,pls wait for me lemme finish talking to her then I will join you shortly, you grab?

Chioma: fine,but pls be be fast I have somewhere to go..

I left them and turned towards the direction of the restroom, on my way I noticed some guys we’re outside the gate of the academy waiting for their girlfriends and toasters,I guess some of them of them we’re yahoo boys because of the way they we’re dressed,bling bling with colored dreadlocks and tinted hairs,I guess Tobi’s guys might be among them..
I entered the restroom and walked directly to the sink to wash my face,while I was washing my face I heard a sound by the door..

Chioma:Veronica is that you?(no response)…
after I was done I dry my hands under the dryer…
5 minutes later..

Chioma:does this girl think am a fool or what?,I’ve been waiting for over 5 minutes now she’s not here..
I walked toward the door and pulled it open and it was locked, I pulled it again still locked..

Chioma: what going on?,nobody came inside now,why is it locked?..
I pulled it again but still locked,I was beginning to get scared…

Chioma: is anybody there (I yelled)as I pulled it with all my strength, somebody help me,am locked in the restroom..
I pulled and banged on the door till I got tired, then I remembered while I was washing my face by the sink I heard a sound by the door,I thought somebody was about to enter but nobody did,what if somebody purposely locked me in here or what?..

could be Veronica?..
yes it could be her because she never liked me from day 1…

Chioma: somebody help me,anybody (as screamed and banged the door)

while I was banging the door,I heard footsteps coming, I kept banging and shouting and the door opened..
2 boys I’ve never seen in this academy before walked in..

Chioma: uhh sorry guys this is the female restroom..
they ignored me and entered,I shifted back away from them..

Chioma: are you guys deaf?..

they shut the door behind them, one of them was was wearing a dark shade and a basketball jersey while the other was wearing a Versace top and a pink cap..
do you think you can escape? (one of them said)

Chioma: sorry who are you?

because of you police arrested our friend..

Chioma: friend?,which friend?

our friend had an agreement for you to give him your underwear and he will give you 100k and you made him got arrested..

Chioma: oh oh oh,so you are Tobi’s friend abi?,both of you are mad, let me pass(as I pushed them aside to leave),they looked at themselves and bursted into laughter..

abeg shift back jare(as they pushed me back sending me to the floor)..

Chioma: pls it not my fault nah..

if you don’t want us to do our worst, just take off your undies and hand it over to us..

Chioma: pls am I the only one that has underwear,leave me alone nah..

while I was pretending to be taking off my jeans,I brought out my phone from pocket and started typing a text to Adams, PLS HELP AM IN…hey what are you doing? (one of the guys shouted), I quickly hide the phone..

Chioma:uhm nothing, pls face back..

you thought we are fools abi?,now give me that phone..

Chioma: why should I give you my phone? see you guys should let me go nah(as I pushed into their middle with all my strength), they both held my hands and dragged me to the back,before I knew they pressed me to the floor and started pulling off my jeans..

Veronica’s POV

immediately Chioma left us to wait for me in the bathroom I looked around till everybody had left the building..
she’s such a fool,I have to teach her a lesson,I wonder how Adams asked her out,she’s too tiny with a baby’s brain.

finally the building is empty except Mr David who’s in his office..
I tiptoed to the restroom and quickly locked it from outside..

Chioma:is anybody there?(I heard her voice from the inside),in haste I ran down the hall,on my way I bumped into two guys..

Veronica: are you guys blind?

sorry,pls where is the way to the restroom? (one of them asked)

Veronica:on my head(hissed),(as I brushed them and stormed off)..

I walked out of the gate and stopped a bike to take me to my estate..

I arrived at the estate gate when I suddenly realized that what I did is not fair her,she had never been rude to me,anyway who cares..
I was about entering the gate when I realized something was missing…
MY GUITAR,I forgot my guitar in class, oh f--k,because of this stupid girl..

I quickly stopped another bike to take me to the academy..

Sean’s POV

mj and I we’re licking the ice cream together as I tried to make her laugh by telling her about our shoprite experience when I suddenly realized I have to do something at the police station..
I had sleepless night,I got to realize I shouldn’t give emeka any more torture, next time he will never mess with a lady..

Sean: uhm sorry mj I have to go now.

mj:why nah but you just got here,am going to be lonely here..

Sean: speaking of been lonely, have Adams and Chioma visited you yet?

mj:no they haven’t but I chat with Adams sometimes at night, but Chioma you know her, she always busy and always get into trouble, I just want to recover quickly then we can see each other again, I miss her so much..

and the door opened, and it was mj’s brother who came to give her lunch..

mj:Austin can’t you knock?

Austin: knock?,do you think this is your room or what?

mj:what if am naked nko?

Sean:WHAT?(as i looked at mj in shock)..

mj:Austin are you high or what?, who did you see naked?

mj:are you stupid?, I said get out(as she pushed him out of the door) and don’t you ever come back(she yelled)

mj:what?(as she sat down on the bed and brought out the takeaway plate)

mj:(sigh),Sean really?, are you going to believe that goat?,his my brother, that how he act or say whenever he sees me with my friends..

Sean: I see,uhm I have to go now(as I got up)

mj:no pls wait nah,my brother just brought food for us,let eat together before you go..

Sean: look where am going is very important, I don’t have time to eat one stupid jollof rice..

mj:you’re calling my jollof rice stupid?, issoright,you can go I will eat alone, I don’t want your company anymore (as she started eating ).,

Sean: (sigh), okay lemme just eat 5 spoons and hurry,how bout that?

mj:if you ask me, na who I go ask?

sean: gimme the spoon lemme eat(as I collected the spoon)

mj:no give me the spoon,I will feed you (as she collected it back)…

Sean: no give me the spoon lemme eat,am not a baby (as I tried to drag the spoon)..

mj:no I must feed you..

we kept dragging until little of the food poured on my pure white shirt..

Sean: ahh Jesus,mj what have you done?

mj:am..am sorry sean but it was your fault..

Sean: my fault how?(as I wiped off the rice from my shirt)

mj:if you had let me feed you all this wouldn’t have happened..

Sean: how will I walk outside with my shirt stained with oil like this?

mj:uhm I have one of my T-shirt here with me, you can take it and return it later.

Sean: when am not mad,why will I wear all those your okrika clothes..

mj:fine you can carry your oil and go..

Sean:okay where is the shirt?

mj:it under this cardigan am wearing, I will just take it off and give you..

Sean: (scoff), take it off here?, did you drink pami this afternoon?, why will you take it off in front of me?

mj:am not going naked oga,I have my bra on.

Sean: WHAT?(laugh),see don’t worry I’ll go like that(as I stood up)I love you,bye(as I gave her a kiss)

mj:love you too(as I opened the door and left)..

Maryjane’s POV

immediately he left the room I bursted into laughter…
does he really think I will take off my clothes in front of him like that?,but it not bad if he sees my nakedness nah,no it bad what am I thinking..
where did they keep the broom lemme sweep this mess

Veronica’s POV

immediately I the bike dropped me at the gate,I greeted the security and told him forgot my guitar..
I took my guitar and was on my way when I glanced at the direction to the restroom..
I think it not fair for me locking her up inside, lemme just open the door and run off..
I was close to the door when I heard noise coming out from the room.

veronica:why is she screaming?(as I eavesdrop through the door) then I remembered those guys I bumped into.

Veronica: oh my God, they are trying to rape her,I can’t fight them, I have to call Adams..
I pulled out my phone and dialed Adams phone, he picked after 3 rings..

Adams: hello(his voice sound sleepy)

Veronica: am sorry if I woke you up but you have to come to the academy right now,some guys are trying rape your girlfriend..

Adams: what?,what guys?

Veronica:I don’t know..
*
Adams:am..am on my way.(as he hung up..

Veronica: how will I help this girl, I got her into this mess..

I looked around for what I can use and I sighted a fire extinguisher down the hall..
I ran down and picked it up,but it too heavy for me..

Veronica: oh God, I can’t lift these up what will I do?
