The ringing of my phone woke me up from a sound sleep. When i picked up the phone, i didn’t even looked the caller ID. I was half asleep.

Lucia: Hello

Caller: Hello. Its Chris, hope i didnt wake you up from a beautiful sleep ?

Lucia: Ofcourse you did, dont you have a watch ?

Chris: I’m sorry about that, i was about to go to bed and i thought i should give you a call.

Lucia: At 1am ?

Chris: I’m sorry, i was working late and i lost track of time.

Lucia: Its okey, so why did you call me ?

Chris: I was wondering, um… Could i take you to lunch ?

Lucia: Sorry i’m preoccupied.

Chris: What about dinner ?

Lucia: Sorry i cant.

Chris: Ooh ooh! Okey could you atleast think about it, i will call you incase you change your mind.

Lucia: That’s won’t be necessary.

Chris: I’m harmless, i just want to be your friend, on harm in that.

I dont like the way this conversation has persisted, i need to say something to get him off my back. I sighed, all right i will think about it, i finally said. He sighed with relief and said.

Chris: Thanks, i should let you go back to bed now.

Lucia: You should.

Chris: Sorry for waking you up once again, have a good sleep and sweet dreams.

Lucia: You too.

ThankGod its over. Kimberly says he is a gentleman. What kind of a gentleman wake up a lady from sleep. I was having the best dream of my life before he woke me up, now i cant even continue the dream thanks to him, i mumbled to myself as i went back to sleep.
