Its has been a long day, i’m very tired. I have a date with my bed which can not wait. As i ascended the stairs, i heard the doorbell. I felt like screaming, why now ? I mumbled as i head to get the door. As i opened the door my heart jumped into my mouth with the sight behold. I went crazy with excitement. I huggnd her. I cant believe Kimberly is back, that was the last person on my mind.

Lucia: Hy didnt you tell me you were coming.

Kimberly: It was meant to be a surprise.

Lucia: This isnt a surprise, you were planning on giving me a heart attack, i wasnt expecting you. You look great, if i didnt know you better, i would say, you went for a vacation not a business trip.

Kimberly: Really! You’re not looking bad yourself.

Lucia: Just a minute, let me get you a drink.

Kimaerly: All right.

As i placed the drink on the table i asked.

Lucia: How was your trip ?

Kimberly: Very fine, no turbulence. How is your mum ?

Lucia: She is fine. How did the meeting go ?

Kimberly: It was a success.

Lucia: When did you come in ?

Kimberly: Earlier today.

Lucia: Today! Why didnt you call me to come over, you need to get some rest.

Kimberly: Like i said, it was meant to be a surprise and i really missed you.

Lucia: I’m sure i missed you more.

Kimberly: No way, i was always thinking about you.

Lucia: Yeah, i guess with your Italiano.

Kimberly: You need to see him, he is so cute.

Lucia: I can imagine. Nice to have you back.

Kimberly: Same here. How about Chris, how is he ?

Lucia: How am i suppose to know ?

Kimberly: I thought you guys were friends, um! Nevermind. I got you something.

She gave me a bag. I opened it and i saw a beautiful dress.

Lucia: Oh my gosh! Its so beautiful, thank you.

Kimberly: Now listen, that dress cost me an arm and a leg. You are going to wear it to your first official date with Chris.

Lucia: That is not going to happen.

Kimberly: You will. I can bet on that. I need to run along, i told my dad i’ll be back in a jiffy. Talk to you later.

Lucia: Thanks for the dress.

Kimberly: Dont mention, bye.

Lucia: Bye.
