“Clara will you give me a second chance?I promise to make everything better”I blurted out without even thinking;I had said that unwillingly but now Clara was looking straight into my eyes.Could it be a yes?

Clara: Vince………I……..I think you should still rest,you shouldn’t be stressing yourself a lot.

Me:Okay
She was avoiding my proposal;she was still in love with me otherwise she would have said no immediately. I smiled and rested my back on the bed;I had a 70% possiility of getting her back into my life as long as things go wrong for Sam.

Angelina:I thought you said you’ve gotten over him

Clara:What are you talking about?

Angelina:Vincent

Clara:What about him?

Angelina:I heard everything

Clara:Stop talking about that

Angelina:I know you still love Vincent
“Really”She said showing Angelina the ring on her finger;the ring Sam had proposed to her with.

Angelina:I know you are just forcing yourself to believe that you have gotten over Vincent but deep down in your heart,you still love Vincent so much that you will do anything for him.

Clara:Angel I think you have been watching zeeworld too much these days.

Angelina:Say whatever you want but I know what am saying is the truth.

Clara:My ears are aching

Angelina:Stupid girl

They both laughed together before discussing other topics of interest.

“Benita…………Benita……….Benita”Sam shouted as he entered Benita’s house.

Normally,the security guards at Benita’s house would have thrown anybody creating such nuisance out of the compound without Benita even ordering it but due to who je was to her,they dare not do anything.

Benita:Hey Sam what a pleasant surprise!

Sam:What type of stupid game are playing this time around?Do you……………..

Benita:Hey take it slowly.Is that a way to greet your fiance who you have not seen for a long time?

Sam:Look Benita,am not interested in all these crazy stuffs you are saying,all I need is an explanation to why you kidnapped my wife on our wedding day.

Benita:Come on Sam,were you thinking I was going to let you get married to someone else while am still alive?It is not going to work.

Sam:Look Benita,it is over between me and you so don’t interfere with my life anymore.

Benita:Sam we are not done and we can never be done.I gave up my virginity because of you and you think you could just dump me like that?Never……..it is never going to happen that way.

Sam:Benita we are not made for each other,don’t let us continue dragging this,let us call it a wrap.

Benita:Sam stop deceiving yourself,this girl you are totally in love with does not have any feeling for you.

Sam:(Laughs)You could have a better trick…………..

Benita:So now you think this is a trick. Anyway incase you don’t know,a guy proposed to your wife; although wife-to-be to me few minutes ago and the guy even happened to be her ex.

Sam:(Sarcastically) Really?Continue this tale of yours,am really enjoying it.

Benita:You may think it is a tale but that is the truth.I have all what you guys have been saying with Clara recorded,I knew you were coming here so you being here is not a suprise to me.

Sam:You are making me laugh

Benita:You can confirm it from Clara.

Rita had done a lot investigation trying to find out the name of the guy who bleeped she and her friend the other night although it was stressful but finally her stress paid off;she found his name and a lot of detail about him;she had to find this guy today no matter what,his face looks familiar but she could not say where she had seen him before.Could it be at the hospital?No,it wasn’t there but she was really not sure.She dressed up and went out to look for the guy.

Sam:Hello Clara can you meet me at club High,we have to talk.

Clara:No problem I will be there.

Clara hung up and sighed heavily.

Angelina:What is it?

Clara:He said I should come to meet him at club High

Frank:Are you sure you will be okay going alone?

Angelina:I think it will be better if I……………

Frank:We

Angelina:What?

Frank:If we follow her.I can’t let you two go alone
“Neither can I” I said as I joined them at the reception.

Clara:Vince what are you doing here?You shouldn’t be walking around,you are still in pain.

Me:Am okay,you don’t need to worry about me.So, shall we?

Frank:I have not told you that you are discharged so I don’t know where you are going?

Me:Come on let’s go

We got there faster than Sam but a few seconds faster.

Sam:I don’t see a reason why all of should be here when……….

Angelina:You are not to be trusted

Sam:I don’t really have any…………..
“So were you planning on starting the party without me”A voice called out and everybody faced the direction the voice was coming from.

Clara:Benita!

Benita:Surprise!.

Sam:Benita what are you doing here?

Benita:Came to support you.

Sam:Benita………can I have a minute with you

Benita:Sure

Sam:(To us)A minute please

Sam and the lady Clara had just called Benita left and went to a corner for a brief meeting.

Angelina:She does not look like someone capable of kidnapping.

Clara:I don’t think she’s really a bad person,her obsession with Sam is what is driving her to do what she is doing.

Me:She looks really beautiful.

Clara looked at me but did not say anything;but the look on her face shows that she was jealous,just what I had wanted to see.

Rita was going to the house of the guy who was responsible for her pregnancy when she saw him enter somewhere.She packed her car and followed him.He was with some people but that was none of her business.She entered after him but as she entered she lost him.

‘Where could he be?’She asked herself before she finally saw him;it looked as if he was in a meeting but her life was more important than that.She started walking towards him not minding all the eyes on her;she was walking too fast.

But then as she was about to get there, she saw Vincent and immediately she froze.
‘What is he doing here?’
As Rita turned to go back,Vincent called her.
