'Tinsel' Season 10 Episode 2072 Recap - Aired: Monday 3 July 2017

Telema comes for her lessons with Maami.
Maami says she has improved.
She invites her to come on her show, Bitter Kola Truth.
Telema asks if she can bring Tomi Ajayi to the show.
Maami asks why.
Telema says she feels sorry for her as she has gone through a lot.
Maami agrees.

Amaka sits down at Sheila's dining and asks if Sheila and Nero are together now.
Sheila says she knows it's awkward.
Amaka says it's good news but her face belies her words.
She asks how long they've been at it.
Nero says it's new.
Amaka asks if they are now boyfriend and girlfriend.
Sheila says they are just enjoying each other's company and seeing where it leads
Amaka asks if there will be wedding bells soon.
Sheila says they have no such plans.

Amaka says she came to see Freddie so she will excuse them.
She leaves the table.

Nero tells Sheila that it went better than expected.

Damini is still at Bimpe's place.
Bimpe is feeding him.
He tells her that he can feed himself.
She calls him a bad patient.
He takes the tray from her and says he's a grown man.

Telema walks in and tells Bimpe she will be on Maami's show.
Bimpe is excited for her.
Telema says Tomi will be with her.
Bimpe asks why.
Telema says she was the one who asked Maami to allow Tomi come.
Bimpe asks if she's okay.
Telema says Tomi has been blacklisted and she's in a bad place.
Bimpe reminds her that Tomi wants to cause her physical harm and wanted to ruin her career for good.
She says she won't forgive Tomi.

Ik says Mimi, Brenda and Charles should have regular meetings every month.
Charles says he doesn't have any problem with it.
IK says he knows they got off to a quick start but now they will have a smooth working relationship. He says he has to go to a meeting so he will leave them to carry on.
He leaves the restaurant.

Mimi gets right down to talking business but Brenda interrupts by telling Charles that she will send him an email on the next phase of the project.
With that, she walks out.
Mimi looks disappointed.

Sheila and Nero are seated in her garden.
He says it's a nice place.
She says gardening is not her thing.
He says she more than makes up for it in other ways.
She asks how.
He says her intelligence for one.
She tells him to stop as they are not teenagers.
He tells her it's her house.
She says she doesn't want anyone scrutinising her life.
He says she's worried about Amaka.
She says she knows she shouldn't be but Nero and Amaka have history and Amaka is carrying on like they still have unfinished business.
Nero asks if she realises they are talking about a married woman.
Sheila says he's so naive.
He says Amaka is a honorable woman and since she has married Dikibo, it means what they had in the past is over.
Sheila says she hopes he's right.
He says he is.
He plays with her hair and she holds his hand fondly.

Brenda calls IK from the office to tell him that she would rather deal with him directly.
He says his schedule won't allow it and the project is too important to them.
She asks if he doesn't trust her to handle it well.
He says there has been some foot dragging and he just wants to ensure it goes well.

Kayode is at Telema's place.
She is serving him ice cream.
He says he's really proud of her.
She thanks him and tells him about Maami's show that she is taking Tomi to.
He tells her she needs to be careful of people who are so mean to her, apology or no apology.

Dikibo is at home, reading with Tochi.
Amaka returns home.
He asks if everything is okay.
She says she's fine.
He asks how it went at the office.
She says she's just a bit stressed out.
He tells her to rest.
She says she will do that.
She goes upstairs.
He looks worried.

Charles asks Nnenna if she's aware that Mimi now works for Invest Africana.
Nnenna says she hasn't spoken to her since she left.
Charles says she's the one supervising their project.
Nnenna asks how she got to supervise such a big project.
Charles says he was just as shocked to see her there.
Nnenna tells him not to take it the wrong way but Mimi used him to climb up the ladder at Odyssey and she also used Tolu.
He orders her to get out.
She leaves and he makes a phone call.

Oris asks the new receptionist at Odyssey if she is enjoying her job.
She tells him she's settling in fine.

Nnenna comes to tell him that Mimi is now with Invest Africana.
He says he's happy for her.
She tells him she in charge of their project.
He says they have to just be mature about it.
She tells him that if Mimi wants to be petty, she will take it to the next level.

Joanne comes to Sheila's place.
She meets Sheila and Nero in the living room.
She says she's sorry to interrupt.
Sheila says she's not interrupting anything.
Nero asks if she's really not.
They laugh and he says he has to leave leave.

When he leaves, Joanne tells Sheila that she is happy for her.
Sheila tells her Amaka now knows and took it well but she has learnt to tread carefully with Amaka.
Joanne says Amaka just got married and shouldn't have the hots for another man even though her husband is no spring chicken.
Sheila feigns surprise.
Joanne says if Amaka needs another man she should look elsewhere because Nero is taken.

Damini is getting ready to leave
Bimpe asks if he won't just stay till he fully recovers.
He says he has to leave.
She says with the scare he gave her, he should rest for a whole month.
He assures her that he's fine now.
She begs him to stay a little.
He says he has to go back to his own place and she can come over to see him when her she wants and even permanently.
She says okay.
He says he knows it's too early to talk marriage but he's very open to spending the rest of his life with her.
She hugs and kisses him then she tells him he still has to do a proper proposal.

Mimi returns to the office.
IK asks how the meeting went.
She tells him that there was no meeting as Brenda left.
He says he expected her to handle things and didn't call her to listen to her whine.
She asks if she can get assigned to another project as she has history with Brenda and Charles.
He says they both called to say they would rather not work with her too but he wants her to work with them because she knows them and how they think and can use it to her advantage.

Amaka gets to work and meets Nero waiting in her office.
He says he tried going to her place and tried to call her but her phone was switched off.
She says she has moved in with Dikibo.
He says he wanted to clear the air as they both had feelings for each other in the past and they are now with different people.
She asks why he's telling her.
He says he thinks there may have been some crossed signals these past few weeks.
She says she doesn't know what is going on between him and Sheila but they need to leave him out of it.
He says he doesn't want to lose her friendship.
She assures him that he won't.
He says he needs her help now more than ever as he is going to be running Odyssey.
She says she will help.
Her face says otherwise.
