'Jemeji' Season 1 Episode 84 Recap - Aired: Thursday 29 June 2017

Senami enters the clinic.
Matron asks how Neza is doing.

Senami says he's in bad shape but the drugs should help.
Matron asks if they shouldn't take him to Wesere.
Senami says the most important thing is to start testing people who have come in contact with him and she already started with Seyive.
Seyive is mopping the floor.
Matron asks her how she got to know in the first place about Neza.
Seyive stutters and says she was going to the stream when she saw blood on the ground and trailed it to Neza.
Matron says they have to go to Wesere to get drugs.
Senami says she got some from Kingsley's warehouse.
Matron says the people of Aji need to know what Senami is doing for them still.
Senami says she will pass on that.




Obi stops Folake on the road to ask how she's doing.
She gives him monosyllabic answers to his questions at first then she says she actually slept like a baby in Kingsley's bed.
Obi asks how Kingsley is.
Folake says she thinks Obi should hang out with him one of these days so he can learn a thing or two because Kingsley knows what he wants and what he doesn't want.

Glory comes with a basket of food for Obi.
He holds her and says he can't wait to taste her food again.
Folake walks away.

Obi takes Glory around the corner and berates her for disturbing him even after he has told her several times that he's not interested.

Folake hides behind a wall to watch them.


Oviyon comes into the clinic and tells Senami that he has come for the TB test.
Seyive and Matron give them privacy even though Senami doesn't want them to.

Kingsley tells Senami that his mother is not their problem as their problems started when she moved to Kingsley's house.
Senami says Kingsley is not their problem.
Oviyon says since she moved in with Kingsley she hasn't had time for him.
She asks if she was supposed to move in with him and his mother.
He says he's trying to have a conversation with her.
She says maybe it's just them.
He says they can make it work if she creates time for them.
She says she will try.
She tells him to come by the house.
He says which house?
She says Kingsley wouldn't be there.


Oviyon comes to see Neza who is much better and can now sit up.
Neza tells Oviyon that he shouldn't be there.
Oviyon asks who will take care of him.
Neza says Senami said the hut is contaminated.
Oviyon tells him to forget about that.
Neza says he messed up.
Oviyon agrees that he really messed up and everybody knows.
Neza says he's sorry.
Oviyon teases him.
Neza says Senami is a good girl as she still took care of him.
He asks what caused the tiff between her and Oviyon.
Oviyon says he just wants to patch things up with her.
Neza tells him to give her a grand surprise.
Oviyon asks where he would find a grand surprise in Aji.
Neza suggests a basket of crops.
Oviyon scoffs and tells him to bring his phone so he can charge it.


At the clinic, Senami tells Seyive that her test came out negative.
Seyive hugs her.

Dr. Jide walks in and says so Senami has come back to work after her huffing and puffing?
Matron says she's not back and she only came to help Neza.
Dr Jide says she's always been a goody two shoes.
Senami asks when he will go and see Neza.
He asks why he would do that.
She says he's terribly ill and needs to be examined.
He asks if that's her professional opinion.
She says yes.
He tells her to rely on her professional opinion to take care of it.


Oviyon leaves the hut.
Akweyon hides from him.

She takes food to Neza and he tells her not to come close as he doesn't want her to get infected.
She looks hurt.
He delves into the food she brought.


Senami and Seyive arrive the hut.
They come face to face with Akweyon who is on her way out.


Oviyon and his boys are on Senami's farm.
The boys inform him that weevil has destroyed the crops.
Oviyon asks how they let that happen.
He starts hallucinating again and becomes transfixed.

His boys sprinkle water on his face to get him out of it.


Senami is livid.
She asks Akweyon what she's doing there.
She lunges at her and tries to take off her mask but Akweyon is not having it.
She holds Senami's hands tightly.
Seyive tells Senami to let go and tells Akweyon to leave.


Oviyon is at the palm wine joint with Obi.
He asks Obi how it feels to be Chief's son.
Obi says Chief wants him to learn the culture.
Oviyon says it's good.
Obi asks if Oviyon can be his tutor.
Oviyon laughs.
Obi says he wants Obi to tutor him and come by the house with Neza sometime.
Oviyon says he will come but Neza isn't feeling well.


Senami asks Neza if Akweyon hurt him.
He says she is harmless and can't hurt a fly.
Senami asks what she was doing there.
He says she's the original occupant of the hut.
Seyive asks if she comes all the time.
Senami asks why she's interested and why she stopped her from hurting Akweyon outside.
Seyive says she just doesn't want Akweyon to do anything since she works for Mausi.


Oviyon is at home.
His mother asks if it's true that the crops in Senami's farm have been destroyed.
He asks where she heard from.
She tells him that it's not important.
He closes his eyes to sleep.
She smells his breath and complains that Senami now makes him drink.
He tells her to stop.
She asks if anything strange has happened to him.
He asks what she means.
She asks if anything bad has happened especially since he and Senami the witch are sleeping together.
He is shocked.
She begs him to tell her truth so she can go to Mausi.

Oviyon sees the little boy again.
