'The Vow' Season 2 Episode 106 Recap - Aired: Wednesday 25 October 2017


Bharat breaks down in tears saying his mother can't leave him now and he can't live without her.
He tells Aniket that Amar killed his mother and he hopes Aniket is finally happy.



He rushes out of the house.
He comes to the police station and grabs Amar through the cell bars asking how he could kill his mother.
Some police officers drag him out.



Divya comes to the station to ask for Amar.
The officer tells her that she can't see him.
She sees Bharat and goes to him.
He says he would never have thought that Amar could kill his mother.



Divya tells him he knows Amar can't kill.
Bharat says Amar is a murderer and should be punished.
Divya tells him he should be ashamed of himself because Amar was the only one who stood by him when the rest of the family didn't.
She vows to make sure nothing happens to Amar by the help of the Almighty.



Bharat breaks down afresh as he thinks of his mother.
He vows to avenge her death.
Divya is walking home, carrying her baby.
She thinks of everything going on and she prays for Amar to be saved so that Diya doesn't lose her father.



A car stops beside her and Dr. Ranjeev steps out.
He takes her home and she tells him everything.
He tells her that he doesn't think Amar can do such a thing.



The rest of the family is at home thinking of the situation.
They all say Amar cannot kill someone.
Aditi say everything is strange.
Aniket says Sindoora disappeared and appeared then she's suddenly dead.
Aditi informs him that Sindoora will be cremated tomorrow and Bharat would need all of them to support him



It's the day of the cremation.
Bharat is performing the rites.
Aniket is in attendance.
Later at night, Bharat tells his business partner who is also working hand in hand with Sindoora, Bhargav, that he wants to make sure Amar doesn't get a lawyer.




Bhargav assures him that no lawyer will take Amar's case.
Aditi comes in with food for Bharat.
Bhargav leaves.
Bharat tells Aditi that he won't eat till Amar pays for what he did.
Dr. Ranjeev takes Divya to a lawyer's office and the lawyer's secretary tells them that he is not in town.
They go to another lawyer who tells them that Amar doesn't stand a chance and he won't be able to take the case.



Ranjeev calls yet another lawyer who gives an excuse when he hears it's Amar's case.
Divya asks why no one will take their case.
Ranjeev says he's sure Bharat is behind it.
Bharat is at work.
He asks Bhargav why all their clients are leaving.



Bhargav says clients have been saying Bharat is not competent enough to run the company.
Bharat calls his lawyer and he requests for a power of attorney document so that Bhargav will be able to make decisions on his behalf.
It's the day of the trial.
Amar is brought into the courtroom.



The court clerk informs the judge that Amar has no lawyer.
Divya stands up and says Amar has a lawyer.
The lawyer appears.
The lawyer says Amar is an upright citizen and cannot kill anyone.
The prosecutor says they have witnesses.
He invites a witness to the stand and asks one of the men at the auction to say what happened on that day.



The man says Amar threatened to deal with Sindoora and Bharat.
Amar's lawyer says it doesn't prove anything.
Witnesses are cross-examined and court is adjourned.
The next day, court is back in session.


Aniket takes the stand and defends Amar.
Bhargav takes the stand and testifies that Amar threatened Bharat.
Finally, Bharat takes the stand testifies against Amar.
The judge gives his verdict as guilty and sentences Amar to death by hanging.
Amar is led out of the courtroom.



Divya meets him outside.
She hugs him and they cry together.
Aditi and Aniket also shed tears.
Amar is taken back to prison.



Bharat comes out of the courtroom.
Divya asks him if he's now satisfied.
Bharat says he is because his mother's death has been avenged and he was right about Amar.
Divya tells him he is the guilty one and not Amar.



She makes him a promise that she won't let Sindoora win.
Bharat leaves
Amar's lawyer tells Divya and Aniket that they can appeal in the supreme court but they don't have much time.



Divya prays to the Almighty for help.
Bhargav comes to a house at night to meet Sindoora.
He hands her the power or attorney document from Bharat.
She makes fun of Bharat's foolishness.
Bhargav informs her that Amar has been sentenced to death.
She has a flashback of the day Amar pushed her in the building.



As soon as Amar left, she stood up and Bhargav brings the body of a dead woman to the building.
He and Sindoora drag the body to a hidden corner of the building.
Bhargav asks her if she won't leave the country.
Sindoora says she won't leave till she finally separates Amar and Divya



Bhargav tells her that they are already separated.
Sindoora says she wants to convince Divya that Amar did it first.
Bhargav goes to the bank to transfer some of the money from Bharat's business account into Sindoora's account.



Amar's lawyer comes to the prison to inform him that the supreme court rejected his appeal and the only way to avoid the death sentence is for him to agree to the crime.
Amar says he can't do that.



The lawyer tells him to do it for his family.
The lawyer meets with Bhargav to collect a bribe.
He gives Bhargav a letter Amar signed confessing to the crime.


Sindoora joins them and the lawyer tells her that he has done everything she asked of him.
She collects the confession letter Amar signed and she tells the lawyer to make sure Divya never sees Amar in jail.



He assures her that they won't see.
She tells herself that she has finally separated Amar and Divya and she has finally won.
