Tara is complaining that the family has been exposed. All this while, Saloni’s behaviour has been kept from a secret from outsiders but now they have seen it for themselves.The others join in except Nahar and Babho. Even Brajesh says he has had enough.

When they all leave, Babho asks Nahar if he still believes in Saloni. While the others were complaining, Nahar covered his face in shame. He tells Babho he doesn’t understand why, but he still believes in Saloni.

Samar is at home with Kaveri and his father. He says he regrets releasing Saloni's album. Her father is crying and wondering why she has changed so much. Kaveri is smiling quietly. Evillll!

Saloni pretends to be sleeping. Nahar starts to bem0an his woes. He begs her to help him fix the mess. She doesn’t respond and when he falls asleep, she starts to cry.

Dheer calls Kaveri to congratulate her on the drama at the party. He tells her the family members have decided they will ignore Saloni. Kaveri is happy to hear this. She thanks him and wants to hang up. He tells her they should meet up so he can thank her properly. She says she will do so once Saloni leaves the house. This Dheer seems like a pervert.

Saloni wakes up in the of the night. She goes to help Nahar take off his shoes. He wakes up and sees her doing it. She sees him and stops. He calls her name and she tells him he shouldn't sleep with his shoes on, that he knows how much she hates it. She walks away and he begins to think to himself that there must be a reason for Saloni's behaviour. He is happy to know now that she is only acting out and he will find out what the reason is. Good for you, Nahar. Try tailing her and you just may find out.

Vrinda serves Nahar breakfast. She tells him not to worry about what happened at the party. She tells him they can win Saloni back by showing her love. He tells her she has grown and now speaks like an adult. He says he will bring Saloni back.

Saloni is watching from upstairs and wondering what she can do to make Nahar hate her.
Babho goes to meet her and says she knows she is being forced to act this way. Saloni tries to tell her she has changed but Babho is having none of it. She insists she knows the real Saloni and there must be a reason

Nahar goes to the market to buy Gold for Saloni. He says tomorrow is a special day.

Saloni is back in that building crying and pleading. The tormenter appears and Saloni tells her she has done everything but the family doesn’t hate her, so she should set her free. The tormenter tells her she has one more oath to break and she has 24 hours to break it and make them hate her.

Kaveri tells Samar she prepared a special treat for Saloni and wants to take it to her. Samar tells her to send a servant but Kaveri starts a speech about how she needs to be there for Saloni. Samar gets fed up and tells her to go.

Kaveri gets to Saloni's house and is seated with the ladies of the family. She starts to talk about Saloni's behaviour. Saloni is listening from the doorway. Aunt Kaki starts her usual rant about the fame getting into Saloni's head. Saloni enters the living room and Kaveri tells her she brought food for her. Saloni tells her to leave it in the kitchen and walks away.

It's prayer time and the family members, except Nahar, are gathered in the prayer room. Saloni holds the ornament tray and Tara attacks her. She calls her out on her behaviour and Saloni retaliates. She tells Tara she is unable to give the family an heir. Brajesh and Tara are shocked.

Babho tries to caution Saloni but Tara says it's true she can't give the family an heir. Kaveri, who is with them for the prayers, tries to apologise on Saloni's behalf.

Tara and Brajesh are in their room. Brajesh says maybe it's their past sins that has caught up with them. That maybe they are the cause of the problems in the house. He says they should go far away from the house because he feels so suffocated in the house. Wow! Brajesh is human afterall. He’s now fed up. Can’t say I blame him.

Nahar comes home. He brings a gift. As he passes Brajesh's room, he hears Tara talking and stops. Dheer catches up with him and is about to tell him what happened earlier but Babho tells him all is fine and he continues to his room. Dheer the gossip!
Babho tells Dheer not to say anything to Nahar. Hmm, how will he sleep if he doesn’t spill?

Nahar tells Saloni to pack her things so they can go away for a while. He tells her to close her eyes then puts the necklace on her. She tells him she can't go anywhere.

Dheer calls his gossip partner again. She says she will talk to him in the morning. He says he wanted to tell her about what happened earlier at the prayer. He tells her Nahar didn't hear the news and no one wants to tell him. So you’ve got Kaveri to do your work for you since you can’t talk. How clever.

Babho goes to Brajesh's room. She tries to console Tara. She tells her it is time for happiness as the festival is approaching. She tells Brajesh he has been the one carrying the family and if he becomes weak, the family will crumble. Brajesh agrees that they will have to be more tolerant.

Nahar is working on his laptop. Vrinda brings him tea. He tells her he is taking Saloni to Singapore, Malaysia and Canada. Let’s hope she agrees to go.
Babho goes to tell Saloni not to bring any sadness to the house during Diwali. She pleads with her that it is not a season of darkness.

Saloni goes to the tormenter to beg her for a few days because of Diwali. The tormenter says she can't grant the days. She has only 24 hrs. Saloni says she has done everything, humiliated her husband and done everything to ensure their safety. She says she will do what she wants to do and nothing will stop her. She walks away in anger.

Shibu walks to the tormenter and says Saloni disrespected her and she let her walk away. The tormenter tells him she has learnt not to lock horns with an angry woman. She says Saloni just confirmed once again that she would do anything for her family so they should allow her have the 2 days and after that her family will hate her so much they throw her out. He speaks! That’s the first time we’re hearing Shibu’s voice.
