Eric: Hmm!
Mr.Eze: But what about the finger-print analysis,this was what i had been waiting for,i never believed your daughter murdered my son till the finger-print analysis result was released.
Mr.Ekun: My friend,that’s what baffles me.
Barr.Ebere: You are talking as if you know nothing about my son’s death,Ekun you are annoying,your utterances are irritating me,you and your family should leave me alone. Justice is what will prevail (she stood up angrily and walked to her room,it was as if Emmanuella and Ekeinde were waiting for the best time to air their own view on the matter).

Ekeinde: Sir,i’ve known Emilia for the past 15 years,we were 10 years old then and we became friends when my father bought a land and built close to the Ekuns’ own. She is not an aggressive person,she is not hot-tempered and she doesn’t fight or try to inflict pain on people. I don’t believe she killed her hisband,she even hardly quarrels.

Barrister Ebere suffered a lot when giving birth to Ebuka our first child,Ebuka hooked in a region of her womb and refused to come out,Ebuka almost died,and so did my wife. The doctor’s were battling to save one of them from dying, because it was almost impossible for the both of them to make it alive,however some qualified doctors performed a caesarean section on her and brought out the baby,she fell into coma fot two days immediately the baby was born. It was by God’s grace she survived,that is why she doesn’t joke with Ebuka. I don’t think i have a say in this matter,i can only testify on my opinion when the case is taken to court and try to persuade my wife to pity Emilia,but i’m afraid she won’t and the worst thing is that she is a renowned Barrister. You see my friends.
Mr.Ekun: This is so pathetic,that was why i didn’t want to consent to the marriage. It was not that i hated Ebuka,i know the kind of person Ebere is. Olorun! You see what Emilia has put herself into. We would be taking our leave now Mr.Eze (He shook hands with him and his entourage rose).
Mrs.Ekun: Please help me beg your wife.
Emmanuella: Sir please help us talk to your wife.
