Jayjay’s Mum: Lordrigo please leave my baby for me, the name is perfect for him.
Jayjay: mum please don’t disgrace me, am a man now not a baby.
Lor’d V: (grinning) baby Onyeamechi.
Just then Vanessa and Nkechi walked in carry some packs with them.
Vanessa: good evening ma.

Jayjay’s Mum: my daughters, evening, how are you?
Nkechi: we are fine ma.
Vanessa: (to Lor’d V) i brought the things you asked for.
Lor’d V: okay, thanks bae…(to Jayjay) Baby…(winks at him as he made to talk)… it’s dinner time, give mummy some space.
Jayjay: i totally forgot about food, mum, please sit up so you can eat.
Jayjay’s Mum: don’t worry about that, am not hungry.
Vanessa: mummy, please eat o, so all our labour will not be in vain.
Jayjay’s Mum: my daughter, am grateful but am not hungry, am already satisfied with being with my son.
Lor’d V: sorry ma, but this food has to be eaten today, we won’t let you stay on an empty stomach, there are fruits and fruit juice too if you want….(to Jayjay) Jay please sit well so you can feed your mum, if she doesn’t want to eat.
Jayjay’s mum: my children please understand, the joy of seeing my son again has already filled me, am not hungry.
Lor’d V: Jay please explain to your mum, who i am.

Jayjay: (clears throat) hmmm, mum they won’t let you be today if you don’t eat this food, so please just sit up, let me feed you, since you are still a bit weak.
Lor’d V: (smiling) Baby, thanks for the explanation.
Jayjay’s Mum: okay, my kids you win, i will eat a little.
Jayjay: thank you mum.
Jayjay opened the food and began feeding his mum, who ate hapily while the other three went to a corner, whispering and smiling, Jayjay knew they were gossiping about him as he kept hearing his name repeatedly but he couldn’t make out what they were saying.
Soon his mum finished eating and they all came back to their former positions all smiling wierdly at him.
Jayjay: Sassy Vanessa, N-K, Lord, thanks for the meal.

Jayjay’s mum: my children thank you.
Lor’d V: no need to thank us, mummy, its our pleasure.
Vanessa: we are the one that ought to be thanking you for restoring this big headed cutie back to his happy self.
Jayjay’s mum: (smiles)
Jayjay: Sassy Vanessa, i will spare you just for today, tomorrow i won’t spare you if you insult me again.
Vanessa: I laugh in Spanish, heheheheheh, are you forgetting who is the boss here.
Jayjay: he won’t mind if i use one hot slap to reposition your brain.

Lor’d V: i wonder o, you want to slap my girlfriend when am still alive, guy that is not possible.

Lor’d V: (raising his hands in mock surrender) sorry bro i just couldn’t help it, the name sounds so funny, am used to calling you Jayjay.
Jayjay: get used to this one.
Lor’d V: okay Baby Onyemaechi….(and they all burst into another round of laughter, including Jayjay and his mum)
