Luke pointed his gun at Jane and a gunshot was heard. At first the all congregation thought Luke had shot Jane but they were surprise when they notice that Luke was the one shot which leaves them to wonder who could have shot Luke. Helen was the first to notice that Rita was the one that shot Luke.

Luke: Rita why? he asked surprised that his own wife is the person that shoot him
Rita: Am sorry Luke but there is no way I would sit back and allow you hurt the Peterson again
Luke: Rita I can’t believe you shot me because of them
Rita: Luke you better believe it. Tell me Luke if the Peterson haven’t suffered enough. Tell me Luke!!! Zack died after he heard Precious was dead, Kimberly died a sad woman, made Helen childless for they years and even killed her daughter. Now tell me if they haven’t suffered enough or is our son’s worth more than theirs?
Luke: Rita where did you even get a gun from?
Rita: I got the gun from where you hid it at home. I know you Luke and I knew you were going kill the Peterson today that’s why I brought this gun when coming here. Luke I don’t regret shooting you and I hope you rot in hell because where you deserve to be
Luke: I love you Rita and this is how you want to end my life for trying to avenge our son’s death?
Rita: The Luke I loved and marry died years ago after our son death. I don’t feel any guilt for shooting you and I know very soon you are going to die so I will advice you to ask the Peterson for their forgiveness
Luke: Never!!! Rita my spirit will never forgive you for this. Luke made his last statement as he slowly looses consciousness. Some members of the congregation quickly rushed Luke to the nearby hospital hoping he would survive but he never did.

After Luke was taking out of the church, Rita told the priest to continue with the wedding.

After the wedding Rita went to meet Jane and Helen
Rita: Helen and Jane I came here to apologize to you two for keeping you people in the dark all this time
Helen: Aunt you don’t have to apologize instead we should be the ones thanking you for saving our lives
Rita: No need to thank me
Jane: Aunt we need to because we know how hard it was for you to pull the trigger on your husband and most especially living with the guilt of being the person that killed her husband
Rita: The truth is don’t guilty or remorseful for what I did because deep down I know I did the right thing.

The three women were still discussing when Edward and Michael came to meet them and they also said their thank you to Rita.

Two weeks later
John, April, Frank and Kimberly have just came back from their honeymoon and they decided to visit the girls’ family before going to their own house.

After the twins wedding, Edward and Michael decided to continue living together.

They knocked on the door and Jane came to open the door. Jane was really happy to see them
Jane: Who do we have here?
April: I think the latest couples in this family
Jane: You guys are welcome. Please come in
Kimberly: Mum you don’t need to tell us to come in because this is also our house remember?
Jane: Not anymore
They came in and exchanged peasantries with the rest member of the family.

They all sat down in the living room while Helen and Jane went to the kitchen to prepared lunch for them

Two hours later, Helen and Jane came out of the kitchen with a well prepared fried rice and chicken.

April and Kimberly quickly went to help their mums to set the table while the men came to dinning to eat.

They all have just finish eating and they went back to the sitting room. Michael and Edward started to ask them how their honeymoon was
On the other hand Helen was in deep thought thinking of how she and Jane were separated by fate and also the twins were separated by fate too. Helen didn’t even know when she said out loud “God please don’t allow April and Kimberly’s kids to be separated by fate too”
