THE CATHEGIST VISIT

Back to my story i told you my encounter with the new cathegist in the last episode and how he wanted to follow me to our house and how i cooked up a lie to discourage him

Every was going on normal that day except the pain i was feeling all over my body, the pain was so much, i was wondering how on earth would a Man beat his nephew like that, it is horrendous. I was in the kitchen that evening washing plates when i heard someone greetings from outside,
immediately i knew from my heart that, the cathegist have come. I quickly run through the plates i was washing before going to hide under the curtain to eavesdrop what they are saying.
” what will i offer you sir” my aunty requested
” i am okay ma don’t worry yourself ” i peeped through the curtain into the sitting room, the cathegist came with the man i saw him with in the afternoon.
” what about your husband ma? ”
” He is not yet back from work sir”
” okay, i only came here to pray for you, in as much i am leaving opposite your house it would not be a good thing if i didn’t come here, lets pray” he said as he rise up together with the man he came with. The cathegist stopped in middle of his prayers, i guess he see something

” madam i see danger ahead of you, for you to survive it, from henceforth be generous to everyone that comes your way in irrespective whom the person may be. This is what God said i should tell you”

They were about going after the prayer when he said what i wished he never said,
” lest i forget what about my friend, what is even his name i have forgot” he said scratching his head


” Ekundayo sir” the other man reminded him


” yes Ekundayo, where is he? ” my aunty face changed immediately, but she pretends as if nothing is wrong

” oooooo you mean dayo he is not around i sent him an errand ” my aunty lied

That is it ,i really don’t want this to happen, this old man priest has implicate me.


” ooh please when he comes back, make sure you treat the bruise on his body ”

” alright sir, the bruise is even getting better now ”

” i will come here next time when your husband is around, our regards to him'”

” he will hear when he comes back”.


Immediately they left my aunty came with a furious face, without explanation the face shows it all that she is angry,
” so you asked that priest to come here right ”

” ma i di…….”

“gbooah” the slap that landed on my face was incredible, i was deaf and dumb at the same time i could not finished what i was saying, this is the reason i discouraged the cathegist from following me the other time,but this time his visit has now backfired on me


“Answer me now b-----d ” another slap landed on my face again
” are you deaf? ”

” gbooa” she gave me another hot slap that one is hotter than the first two. She was about landing another slap on my face, when the unexpected happened , guess what happened?
I too didn’t know how it happened, if someone was there to look at my face the person will see that my face is red, i was burning inside, i just wished i should strangle her, but another side of me kicked against it. i noticed that she was about to slap me again so i move faster than her this time as i dodge her slap before holding her hand, the atmosphere changed immediately, something was stirring the anger in me, my aunty too was surprised, because she tried to release her hand from my grip but couldn’t because i hold her hand firmly. For the first time in my life i saw fear in my aunty face, i guess she didn’t expect me to react like that, well level has changed.


I couldn’t say anything either, we were there for like 30 seconds looking at each other before i finally released her as i made my way to my room

” you want to beat me abi, i know you are a b-----d, infact a reprobate one, i will make sure you leave this house, Jimi must hear about this. ” i heard her saying before slamming my door against her.


“But wait how did I manage to do that ” i thought

” how will i face my uncle and why did i hold her hand ” i was already blaming myself, i was even planning to beg her, because i know my uncle own will be worse than the three hot slap
” nothing will happen the worst they will do is to send you out, besides you have enough saving to cater for your life, you are now a hero free yourself ” i feel so happy and enlighted for the first time in uncle jimi house.
