‘I planned to celebrate 20 years of filmmaking with Champagne’ – Emem Isong

One of Nigeria’s finest producers, Emem Isong who just added another feather to her cap as a movie director, has said she is more passionate about film making than acting.

In a recent interview with City People, the prolific film maker said it took her more time to direct and produce her first movie,Champagne than all her previous efforts which she only had to produce.

‘I just premiered my movie,Champagne, and I produced and directed the film to mark my 1st directing movie job. I have been working on this for a while. I wanted to useChampagneto celebrate 20 years of filmmaking. I am more passionate about filmmaking than acting.’
