Ladies, Please Do This Immediately You Finish Sleeping With Your Male Partner- Doctor Warns

A Nigerian doctor identified as Doctor_Aproko on Twitter has taken to the platform to educate ladies on some healthy ways they can keep their private parts away from infections.

The doctor advised women to wash down their private parts with water immediately after having an intercourse to avoid contracting infections from bacteria’s and other organisms.

His tweet read: Dear ladies, after sex, you need to urinate immediately Why? Doing that flushes any bacteria that may lodge in your urethra (where you pee from) this can help prevent you from getting urinary infections.
