Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard has been named Belgium's 2018 Sportsman Of The Year.

Hazard captained his national team to a third place finish in Russia 2018 World Cup with a fine performance at the World Cup.

Hazard also won the FA Cup with Chelsea back in May and has scored 19 goals so far in 2018.

The last set of footballers to win the award, were Thibaut Courtois in 2014 and Kevin De Bruyne in 2015.
