Sincerely i have a funny and curious thought going through my mind and don't know if any of your readers also think same way.

I want to ask that is it possible to have a discrete relationship with a lady/man with no strong strings attached (Like marriage or long friendship) just for sex or temporal companionship till the help is needed again.

And both parties do not disclose information about the events or one another.
