Subdomain Is not your root Domain and as A matter of fact google may feel it Can be temporal, and running adsense on your Subdomain (e.g http://m.waploaded.com) And not In You root domain (e.g http://www.waploaded.com), it Gives Google The Mind That You are setting domain preference for Their Service and your actual prefernce is really out of Their Terms As you cant apply using a subdomain so in that vein you should not prefer a subdomain than your root domain.
