Twitter reacts to Super Eagles victory

The social media community has hailed Gernot Rohr and his men for the convincing victory over the north Africans at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium.

Chelsea duo Victor Moses and John Mikel Obi handed Nigeria a 3-1 win over Algeria in their second World Cup qualifying fixture.

Victor Moses powered the Super Eagles ahead with a 25th minute strike before skipper John Mikel Obi increased the lead with three minutes left in first-half after slotting the ball past goalkeeper Ras M'Bolhi from close range.

Schalke's Nabil Bentaleb gave the vistors a life line in the 67th minute after being set up by Riyad Mayrez but Chelsea's Victor Moses capped the win for Gernot Rohr's men with a brace in the closing stages of the game.

The social media community, Twitter has reacted to the victory that sees the three-time Africa champions go top of Group B with 6 points from two games.
