BREAKING!! Bomb Blast And Gunshots Attack On Federal College Of Education In Kano | PHOTOS

The Federal College of Education,Kano was this afternoon attacked by suspected Boko Haram members.

According to reports,most if the students affected were gathered round a notice board to check their examination results. The explosions went off, the insurgents then shot sporadically at those trying to flee leaving at least 10 dead.

As at the time of writing this report there has been a bomb blast at Federal College of Education in Kano.

Vanguard reports that gunmen also fired shots sporadically on the college campus. Armed security personnel were reportedly heading to the college.
However, it has not been ascertained if the attack is not another terror act by the islamic sect, Boko Haram. We will bring you additional details as they become available.

Residents of Kabuga area, the host
community of the institution to Vanguard of the blast and sporadic gunshots in the vicinity resulting in pandemonium as students and residents scampered to safety while shop owners hurriedly locked up their shops.
