Lucas POV .
The drama got finished after the guy she introduced to be her friend came to call her, since it was her friend, she went with him while myself and Henry continue having fun. An hours after there arrival, we also stood up as we left the place, but the truth is that i wasn’t feeling good with the situation of what i just saw there, does that means she comes here every night in other to make money for her to survived with her Mom, or maybe she’s one of the street girls that hangout with guys for money, anyway i couldn’t conclude yet because she told me the guy was her friend so I think I should ask her the following morning to know what exactly she was doing at the club by that period of time. I got home late that night, it has been unusual, I don’t come back early whenever i go to club like that. It was around 1:30Am earlier that morning. Since i was a little bit drunk I just went straight to my room, down to my bed as i laid on it, one could see how reckless I was, my head was upside down, the room and everywhere was scattered , I was so weak to do anything again, that night i slept like a crying baby who slept after lots of cries.

The following morning I got up late due to how reckless I was drunk last night. That morning I have received a call it was from Mom, she told me she will be coming down to the company for some reasons known to her, the line went off . I knew something is wrong it’s not unusual for Mom to call me unnoticed, but why is she coming, then i remembered, maybe the Chain, I groaned. What should i tell her God.

Then i remembered her again that harlot I said as i remember how bad she was on bed while i f**k her. am going to make her beg for her life, I groaned again, I quickly arrange my suit as i take my breakfast. Some minutes later, I was on my way, it got me 40mins to get to the office . The securities greeted as i drove in. I went straight to my office, I knew I need more explanation to give to Mom when she comes. But how, I took up the phone as i dial her number the secretary. Please come upstairs now.

Linda Pov :

After i left the club i knew i will need to give series of explanation to him. I groaned, I knew how dangerous it’s for me to lose my job, but this really making feel something bad is coming my way but how, or where, I just want him to forgive me maybe. It took us 35mins before we got home, Micheal bid me goodbye as I came down from his car, I wave back before he drove off, I went inside but to my surprise, Mom was awake in the sitting room waiting for me, Mom i said as i walked in, Mom must have been so worried about me, for how long have you been waiting Mom I asked. But to my surprised she only smiled at me, not quite long, she replied. Mom, Micheal took me out and. . . I was about finishing my words when she cut me off, I know. Really did she just said she knew about my arrival. Mom I’m sorry i said as i knee down close to her to hug her, she smiled at me before she later told me to sit, Mom must have missed my company, I don’t blame her, I knew how it feels since the death of my Dad, mom have got no companion rather than me her daughter. We have shared things in common, when we have and when everything seems to be hard, I knew I have offended her for not informing her about my arrival before going out, but thank goodness, Mom heart is so soft for me, can’t believe she even made some plantain chips for me. I love you Mom i said as i collected it from her. That night she advised me, since you have seen the Chain why not use it tomorrow, I don’t know why i felt goodies will be coming out of it. I smiled as i shaked my head up which means yes. We talked for a while before I went to my room to sleep.

The next day was also a work day for me I have woked up as early as possible, while I was taking my bath, Mom was busy preparing the meal, I quickly dressed up, this time one could see my beauty from the makeup I have added to my face. Mom I’m done i screamed as i went to the dinning room, the food was set, the smell it self can kill, don’t mind me Mom have been a good cooker even when Dad was still alive, she have received so many compliments from him. I ate the breakfast before leaving to work, I was on my out when Mom called, Linda your chain , oh I almost forgot, I went in to take it as she helped me put it on my neck. Wow this is beautiful I said looking myself from the mirror, yes my dear. It’s beautiful. I smiled as i work straight to the direction to where i will get a taxi. Some minutes later i got to the company, the security greeted, some were flirting with me saying i am looking gorgeous, while others were staring at me, I smile as i went straight to my office. Later i heard about his arrival, but the truth is that i really can’t face him, I was scared to do that, so i couldn’t go upstairs to greet. After some minutes my phone rang, it was him. He told me to come see him. I took my phone as i went to the direction that leads to his office. On my way to his office, there i saw her again. His Mom! I have heard a lot about her, how wicked she was and how she doesn’t forgive people that cross her lane, but since i don’t have issues with her i went ahead to bid her good morning, I knew she doesn’t come here, but why is she here. Good morning ma i said as she was about to answer me, but i noticed her look, she was busy starring at my chain. My Chain she screamed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
