Life At Kakaori - Season 1 - Episode 6

I held anna’s hand as we strode down to the village talking sweet nonsense into her ear which of course i knew would attract few blows from dan and his gang later in the day….

On getting to the village , we began immediately – we sang songs with them before we joined in the cultural dances .

All of these lasted for about three hours, phew!

So tired
I looked for anna after the rehearsals but i couldnt find her till i was directed by a mate that she was seen with some kids teaching them alphabets by the stream.

What i saw amazed me, anna had so much captivated the minds of the children that they so loved her

I watched as she taught them the letters one by one aiding it with songs to speed up their learning.

“those kids love you, see how they chant your name like you’re their god” i said as i walked her back to the mountain “yeah…they really seem to like learning , only if they could get a school” she said dejectedly . One of the things i like about anna- shes just too caring ,she gets emotional with the smallest of things lets just say shes an angel. All these thoughts summed up again and i couldnt help it as i kissed her softly at first soon it was violent. I pulled away when we heard voices coming our way.

We returned to the mountain afterwards.

I was outside my tent when i saw a fierce kakori thug coming out of dan’s tent, i was disturbed – surely dan couldnt have known this guys before . It felt supiscious but i shrugged it off thinking it might just be bussiness. I stopped myself from having wild guesses and thoughts as i got up to prepare for the next day’s event where we would be going hunting . I felt dissapointed when anna had declared she wont be coming that she had promised the kakori kids her time, well i didnt argue at least she would be happy.

i thought about sparrow at night and i missed him. We had been together for too long to get angry over such small matter so i blamed myself- sparrow had been so good to me…

He once saved my from a coyote
I wouldnt forget that…

I stirred on my bed as i had all these thoughts until i slept off
